    • Your request will be processed within one month;
    • You have the right at any time to have access to your personal data, the purposes for which it is processed, the categories, sources, recipients, retention period and your rights, including the right to obtain a copy of the personal data we process;
    • You have the right to the portability of your data which we process with your consent and which is processed by automated means. We will provide you with the data in a machine-readable Excel file for you to store or disclose to other service providers. You can also ask us to provide your personal data to another data controller, but we can only do this if the transfer is technically feasible;
    • We update your personal data by asking you to review it from time to time and where required by legislation. However, if you notice that any of the data we hold about you is inaccurate, you may submit a request for the inaccurate data to be rectified or for incomplete data to be completed.
