Returns

In order to return the item(s), the buyer should contact „Garant Boats &Yachts” by email kateriusalonas@garant.eu within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the goods indicating the name of the returned item, the order number and the reasons for return.

Return conditions:

• the returned goods must be in their original packaging in good condition;
• the goods must not be damaged;
• the goods must be unused and of marketable appearance (labels intact, protective film intact, etc.) (this point does not apply in the case of returns of defective goods);
• the returned goods must be complete as when the buyer received them;
• when returning the goods, the document of purchase should be presented;
• the buyer pays the costs of delivery and return of the goods, except in the case of return of defective goods, in which case the costs of delivery and return shall be borne by the seller. The buyer pays the delivery and return costs and the seller refunds the buyer the delivery and return costs and the amount paid for the goods if the seller is convinced that the goods have been returned because their quality is inadequate. You can also return the goods directly to our showroom in Klaipeda (Priespilio str. 9) or to our store in Kaunas (R. Kalantos str. 124).
• the seller has the right not to accept the buyer’s returns if the conditions mentioned above are not fulfilled;
• in case of a return of the wrong goods and/or defective goods, the seller undertakes to take back such goods and to replace them with similar suitable goods;
•  if the seller does not have suitable goods available for replacement, the buyer shall be refunded the amount paid, excluding the delivery charge.
